Join Suzy & Alana of Psychic Siamese Terror this Spring for Tarot School in Astoria, Oregon. This unique series of four classes is designed to strengthen your intuition and give you the necessary skills to effectively work with the Tarot. We will cover such subjects as the history of Tarot, best practices, symbolism, spreads, creating meaningful questions, and how to read for yourself and others. Each class will include instruction from two teachers, one on one mentoring and opportunities for practicing with your own deck. Our goal is to give you the tools be able to work with the Tarot with confidence, and to empower yourself to tap into your highest wisdom. After taking this course, you will be able to integrate Tarot more fully into your life, and the results are sure to be magical! Additional bonus -- if you complete the full course (4 classes), you will receive a certificate to celebrate your completion!
This course is suitable for those who are completely new to Tarot or for those readers who are looking to strengthen their new skills.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
March 11th - Class One: Tarot 101
This first class brings us back to the very basics of Tarot and how to better tap into our intuition. We will cover such subjects as: Tarot history + philosophy, uncovering the myths of Tarot, basic reading techniques, best basic practices, and intuition strengthening exercises.
April 8th - Class Two: Unraveling the mysteries of The Major Arcana
Our second class goes deep into the structure of the Tarot deck and the story of "Fool's Journey". We will be focued on the Major Arcana cards, which present the major themes of the Tarot.
May 6th - Class Three: Unfolding The Minor Arcana
The third class focuses on the Minor Arcana cards. We will spend time learning about the Aces thru to the Court Cards, and analyzing the elements of cups, wands, pentacles, and swords.
June 3rd - Class Four: Putting it all together!
During this class, we will be putting all the Tarot knowledge to use with actual readings. You will learn some of our favorite larger tarot spreads, how to create your own spread, and best practices of how to do a reading for yourself and for others. We will include how to create meaningful questions for the Tarot, and how to guide a client or friend towards a positive and constructive reading.
WHAT TO BRING
Please bring a personal Tarot deck, notebook and pen/pencil for journaling and taking notes. As you learn Tarot, we encourage you to keep a special notebook to record your readings and for your personal reflections. If you do not yet own a Tarot deck, we are happy to loan you one during class.
